Polo Estancia Edition is a blended Scotch whisky of at least 21 years old, bottled at 40% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It was released in 2021 as the first in Royal Salute's Iconic Polo Destinations collection and the fourth in its annual Polo series.
The whisky is fully finished in Malbec wine casks from Cafayate in Argentina, the first Malbec cask finish for Royal Salute. Sandy Hyslop is the Master Blender. It comes in a terracotta-glazed porcelain flagon with gold details.
The Malbec finish adds dark red fruit to ripe fruit and warm spice.
