Royal Salute 21 Year Old Signature Blend (70cl, 40%)

Royal Salute 21 Year Old Signature Blend is a blended Scotch whisky from Chivas Brothers, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is produced at the Strathisla distillery in Keith, Moray, and comes in a sapphire blue porcelain flagon marked with the Royal Coat of Arms and an image of Robert the Bruce. Royal Salute was first launched on 2 June 1953 as a tribute to Queen Elizabeth II on the day of her coronation. The name refers to the 21-gun salute fired from the Tower of London to mark royal occasions. It is described as full bodied, with deep sweet fruit and nut flavours and a smooth, dry smokiness.
