Rubicone Trebbiano IGP Nientedimeno - Giovannini

A white wine from Giovannini, made from Trebbiano under the Rubicone IGP. It has a pale straw colour, with delicate green apple, white flowers and a subtle citrus note on the nose. The drink is fresh and slender, with a light structure, moderate acidity and a measured body, and a contained persistence with fruity returns and a clean, dry final sensation. It suits everyday, informal drinking with light antipasti, vegetable dishes, steamed fish or seafood salads, and simple aperitifs with mildly salty snacks. Serve fresh, around 8-10 °C, avoiding temperatures that are too low, and use a tulip glass to bring out the fragrance.
