An agricole rum from Savanna, produced from freshly harvested sugar cane and distilled to preserve the aromatic character of the cane juice.
It comes from Martinique, where volcanic terroir and tropical climate give the rum a complex, deep structure. Ageing in oak casks balances herbaceous and fruity notes with light vanilla and spice.
On the nose it shows ripe citrus, cut grass and light caramel; on the palate it is elegantly soft, with fresh cane sugar and a pleasant spicy persistence. Enjoy neat, over ice, or in refined cocktails.
