A Caribbean rum from the Rivers distillery, made from high-quality molasses fermented and distilled by traditional methods. It is produced in an area historically suited to sugar cane cultivation. On the nose it shows vanilla, caramel and sweet spices, with hints of citrus and tropical fruit. On the palate it is soft, balanced and pleasantly persistent, with a lightly toasted finish recalling oak ageing. It can be enjoyed neat or in refined cocktails.
