Rum Bianco High Proof Chalong Bay (70cl, 57%)

A white rum from Chalong Bay, bottled at high proof. It has a direct, vibrant character, with aromas of fresh cane, citrus peel and light herbal notes. On the palate it is full and decisive, with a warm note supporting the drink and a clean, dry centre; the structure is solid but agile. It suits mixing, opening with a drop of water or ice, and can be served neat, fresh but not iced, in a tulip or old fashioned glass.
