Rum Bumbu (70cl)

A dark rum from Barbados, made in small batches using artisanal methods. It blends selected native Latin American sugar cane with pure Caribbean water. Aged in oak casks that previously held bourbon, it shows vanilla, spice, mature tropical fruit and a light woody note. On the palate it is sweet and spicy, with banana, nutmeg and caramel, finishing with a harmonious, delicately smoky persistence. It can be enjoyed as a digestif or used as a base for refined cocktails.
