Rum Cacao & Coffee Secha De La Silva (70cl)

A rum from Secha De La Silva, presented in a 70cl bottle, with an aromatic combination of cacao and coffee. It is linked to Caribbean distillation traditions, where climate and soil favour the cultivation of sugar cane, cacao and coffee. Toasted coffee nuances and the bittersweet character of cacao blend with the rum base, giving a fine and persistent balance. The palate shows warm spicy notes, a velvety softness and a final note reminiscent of dark chocolate and freshly ground coffee. It works well as a digestif, with chocolate desserts or in creative cocktails.
