A 21-year-old dark rum from Isla Coiba, made from a selection of high-quality sugar cane molasses and aged for over two decades in oak casks. The dark amber colour anticipates a rich bouquet of caramel, dried fruit and a light smoky touch, with toasted wood, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate it is soft, full and warm, with a long, persistent finish of dark chocolate and sweet tobacco. Best enjoyed neat, or in refined cocktails with cigars and chocolate desserts.
