Rum e Miele Ecuador (70cl)

A rum and honey liqueur from Ecuador, combining the natural sweetness of honey with rum. The nose has warm honey notes with a spicy, slightly vanilla-like background typical of artisanal rum. On the palate it is silky, with flavours ranging from sweet, caramelised honey to toasted, spicy rum tones. It can be enjoyed neat, over ice, in cocktails, or used in desserts such as fruit cakes, ice creams and tarts.
