Rum Foursquare White Habitation Velier (70cl)

A white rum from the Foursquare distillery in Barbados, made from molasses. It is fermented and distilled with care, then briefly matured in American oak casks and cold filtered. The tropical character is vibrant, balanced and clear. The nose opens with citrus and vanilla, with delicate herbal and cane sugar notes. On the palate it is surprisingly soft, with balanced structure and a clean, persistent finish. It suits refined cocktails or sipping neat, alongside fish or Caribbean dishes.
