Black Tot Historic Solera is a rum made from a blend of agricultural rum and molasses, with a Caribbean character. It is aged using the solera method and matured in oak casks. The cask ageing gives warm notes of vanilla, caramel and light spices, with dried fruit and dark chocolate. On the palate it is soft and structured, with a long, slightly spicy finish of toasted wood and mature citrus. It can be enjoyed neat, with ice, or in cocktails.
