Rum Master Blender's Reserve 2022 Black Tot (70cl)

A dark rum from Black Tot, celebrating the English master blender tradition. It is a blend of rums from several Caribbean regions, distinguished by complexity and refined balance. Amber in colour, it shows vanilla, caramel, sweet spices and a hint of toasted wood on the nose, confirmed on the palate with softness and richness. Ageing typically takes place in ex-bourbon oak casks, adding roundness and depth. It can be enjoyed neat or with a cube of ice, and pairs well with spiced desserts or intensely flavoured dishes.
