An aged rum in an elegant decanter, created to celebrate 25 years of discovering rums from around the world. It is made from molasses, column distilled, and fully matured for six years in Venezuela's tropical climate in ex-bourbon casks. Roasted almonds, nougat, chocolate and candied orange peel on the nose, with clear oak from the long tropical ageing. The palate is rich and full, with dark chocolate, orange crunch and exotic spices from the cask. The finish is long, soft and creamy, with a delicate balance between sweetness and oak.
