A dark rum from Louisiana, made from sugar cane grown in selected areas and aged in American oak barrels. It shows an intense amber colour and smooth texture, with vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, dried fruit and warm spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. It can be enjoyed neat or in refined cocktails, and pairs with spiced dishes or dark chocolate desserts.
