An agricultural rum from Réunion, made from pure sugar cane juice and distilled in copper columns.
It has an intense amber colour, with fragrant notes of vanilla, sweet spices, exotic fruit, delicate herbal notes and a mineral undertone. The palate is full and harmonious, balancing sweetness and freshness, with caramel, ripe banana and light toasted wood.
