Rum XO 8yo Beenleigh (70cl)

Rum XO 8yo from Beenleigh is an aged rum made from tropical sugar cane, distilled by traditional methods. It is aged for at least eight years in ex-brandy and bourbon barrels. The double maturation gives complexity, combining soft rum sweetness with warm vanilla notes from bourbon casks and delicate fruity, spicy notes from brandy casks. It has a deep amber colour and a rich bouquet of dried fruit, caramel and light oak. It can be enjoyed neat, with dark chocolate desserts or aged cheeses, or in refined cocktails.
