Ryujin Bourbon Cask is a single malt Japanese whisky in a 750ml bottle, matured in ex-bourbon casks. It takes its name from Ryujin, the sea-dragon deity of Japanese myth, regarded as a patron of Japan and a symbol of power, strength and fortune.
It carries no age statement.
The nose has the scent of bourbon balanced against bright grain and citrus. The palate is light, delicate and medium-bodied, with graham cracker, vanilla and mandarin orange leading to a refined oaky depth.
