Sagamore Spirit Barrel Select is a straight rye whiskey from Maryland, hand-selected by the distillery's Master Distiller and bottled at 55% (110 proof).
It blends 7-year-old straight rye whiskies, marrying a high-rye barrel with a lower-rye mash bill, so that no two barrels taste exactly alike.
On the palate there is caramel and vanilla, leading into warming cinnamon and clove, with subtle oak and spice.
