Saint Cloud 7 Year KOBE 24 is a single barrel bourbon aged for seven years and bottled at 124 proof (62%). It is a limited release, and KOBE 24 is the designation of the barrel selected for it.
The bourbon is non-chill-filtered, which keeps its natural oils and gives a full-bodied texture. The bottle carries the Saint Cloud winged topper.
The nose is typically described as rich caramel, vanilla bean, toasted oak, baking spices and dark cherry. The palate shows brown sugar, cinnamon, roasted nuts, dark chocolate and warm oak, and the finish is long and warming with caramel sweetness, peppery spice and charred oak.
