Saint Cloud 7 Year LAKESHOW is a single barrel bourbon, aged for seven years and bottled at 124 proof (62%). LAKESHOW is the name given to this particular barrel selection, and the bottle carries a signature winged topper. It is a limited release, non-chill-filtered, and can be taken neat or with a splash of water.
The nose is caramelised sugar, vanilla bean, toasted oak, baking spice and ripe dark fruit. The palate offers rich caramel, cinnamon, brown sugar, dark chocolate and roasted nuts on a firm oak backbone. The finish is long and warming, with lingering spice, sweet oak and a touch of peppery heat.
