Saint Cloud – "Elgin 22" 7 Year Old Single Barrel Bourbon (62.7%)

This is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon from Saint Cloud, a Kentucky bourbon brand launched in 2019. The barrel is named Elgin 22, and the bourbon is bottled at barrel strength, 62.7% ABV (125.4 proof). It was matured for 7.5 years in the barrel and is bottled without filtration. Saint Cloud bottles each expression from a single barrel to capture the individual character of that bourbon, and bottles at barrel strength to keep the complexity built up over its years in wood.
