Salento Susumaniello IGP - Tenuta Serranova - Vallone

A red wine from Salento made from Susumaniello. It is intended as a calibrated, everyday label with a direct fruit profile. On the nose there are dark red berry fruits and light spicy nuances. The palate has contained tannins, balanced structure and acidity that keeps freshness and flow. It pairs easily with Mediterranean dishes, light white and red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 C and drink within a few years to appreciate its immediacy.
