Sambuca Villa Cardea (70cl, 40%)

Sambuca Villa Cardea is an Italian anise spirit distilled following traditional methods and classic recipes. It is clear and bright, with an intense star anise flavour at its base. The taste is sweet but balanced, with a fine persistence of aromas. At 40% vol. it has a robust but not intrusive body, keeping good balance with the sweetness and spicy aromas. It is traditionally served as a digestif after meals, accompanied by three coffee beans, and can also be used in cocktails or served with ice.
