Samuel Gelston's Blended Irish Whiskey is a blend of malted barley whiskey and grain whiskey made in Ireland. The barley is locally sourced, the spirit is triple distilled, and it is matured in ex-bourbon oak casks before bottling at 40% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
On the nose it shows soft vanilla, honeyed cereal and gentle oak. The palate brings caramel, toasted wood and a touch of orchard fruit, and the finish is clean and mellow with light spice.
