Belcaro is a Vin Santo from San Felice in Tuscany, made in the traditional way from Trebbiano and Malvasia grapes. It comes in a 375ml bottle.
The bunches are picked by hand in early October and hung under the cellar roof to dry until December. They are then pressed gently, and the must ferments and matures very slowly in small oak barrels for five years.
