The nose brings tropical fruit such as mango and papaya, wildflowers and a light mineral touch. On the palate it is fresh and balanced, with good acidity, citrus notes and a light salinity leading to a pleasantly long, refreshing finish. It pairs with fish and shellfish, as well as fresh, light cheeses.
