A Pinot Grigio from St. Michael Eppan in Alto Adige. Bright straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has a clean bouquet of white-fleshed fruit, apple, pear, ripe citrus and subtle floral notes. The palate is light to medium in structure, with fresh, well-calibrated acidity and an equilibrium that favours drinkability. It pairs with boiled or grilled fish, shellfish, seasonal salads, light vegetable pastas and delicate white meats, and is best served at 8-10°C.
