Sandeman Character Superior Medium Dry Sherry (50cl)

Sandeman Character Superior Medium Dry is an Amontillado sherry in a 50cl bottle. The wines are aged for an average of nine years in small casks, where they slowly turn from pale to a medium gold amber and develop subtle complexity. A small amount of rich Pedro Ximénez is blended in afterwards, giving a dry, complex wine with a touch of sweetness. The nose is aromatic and complex, slightly pungent, with notes of Pedro Ximénez. The palate is harmonious, with a touch of sweetness at first that gives way to nutty complexity and a long, clean finish.
