Sandeman Don Fino Superior Fino Sherry (50cl, 15%)

Sandeman Don Fino Superior is a dry Fino sherry from Jerez in Spain, made from Palomino grapes. It is matured in a solera under flor for a minimum of five years and bottled at 15% ABV in a 50cl bottle. The wine is pale straw in colour with green-gold highlights. The aroma is pungent, shaped by its time under flor, while the palate is light, fresh and delicate and the finish crisp and dry. It is best served chilled at 6 to 8°C, as an aperitif or with seafood, sushi, oriental dishes or salty appetisers.
