Sandeman Fine Tawny Port (75cl, 19.5%)

Sandeman Fine Tawny is a Tawny Port in a 750ml bottle at 19.5% vol. It is selected from the lighter wines of each year and matured in small oak casks, which give a pale red-amber colour, a lighter body and a refined profile. The grapes are hand-picked and fermented at controlled temperature with skin maceration. The final blend is filtered and cold-stabilised before bottling. Vanilla and evolved dried fruits on the nose lead to fresh red-fruit flavour, with the complexity of wood ageing and a good finish.
