This is Sanderson's VAT 69, a blended Scotch whisky from the 1970s, bottled at 40% in a 112.5cl bottle. The blend dates back to 1882, when company founder William Sanderson made one hundred of his finest blends. He and a group of friends and experts chose the one from vat number sixty-nine as their favourite, which gave the whisky its name. It was first bottled in port bottles, and the shape of the bottle reflects that.
