This 1970s bottling of VAT 69 Finest Blended Scotch Whisky comes from Sanderson's. It is bottled at 40% ABV and sold in a 75cl bottle. William Sanderson, who founded the company, created the original blend in 1882, and this whisky follows it. He picked from one hundred of his finest blends, and with a group of friends and experts settled on the one from vat number sixty-nine. That is how VAT 69 got its name.
