Sangiovese Colli Pesaresi DOC BIO Sirio Fiorini

A red wine from the Marche made from Sangiovese and produced organically. It is intense ruby red with violet reflections. The nose shows ripe red fruit such as cherry and plum, sweet spice and a light herbaceous note typical of Sangiovese. On the palate it is well balanced, with lively but harmonious acidity and soft tannins giving a rounded sip. The finish is persistent, recalling the aromatic sensations. It pairs with pasta with ragù, grilled meat and medium-aged cheeses.
