The nose opens on ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, followed by herbaceous hints and delicate spice. The palate is frank and balanced, with soft tannins and an acidic vein that supports drinking. The structure is moderate, suited to everyday conviviality and regional cuisine such as tomato sauces, grilled white and red meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses. Serve around 16-18 C to appreciate its aromas and pleasant final persistence.
