An organic red wine from Tremonti, made from Sangiovese. In the glass it is bright ruby. The nose opens with cherry and small red fruits, light floral notes and delicate spice. The palate is medium-bodied, with lively acidity and well-integrated tannins. The sip is clean and smooth, with a finish of good persistence recalling the fruity notes. It suits tomato pasta, flavourful white meats, cured meats and medium-aged cheeses.
