A red wine expressing Sangiovese in its Romagna style. The nose offers ripe red fruits, cherry and small forest fruits, with light herbaceous notes and delicate spice. On the palate it is balanced, with good acidity and measured tannins, a medium body and a fresh, lightly savoury finish. Serve at a not too high room temperature in a wide glass. It pairs easily with rich first courses, tomato-based dishes, grilled white and red meats and semi-aged cheeses.
