Sangiovese di S. Lucia (13.5%)

Castello Dei Rampolla's Sangiovese di S. Lucia comes from Castelnuovo Berardenga in Tuscany and is made from carefully selected Sangiovese grapes. Ageing in oak barrels adds complexity and delicate minerality alongside lively natural acidity. It shows a bright ruby colour, with cherry, plum and light spicy notes on the nose, balanced tannins and a pleasant persistence. It pairs well with red meat, structured pasta sauces and aged cheeses.
