A Sangiovese from I Chiostri built around freshness and fruity notes typical of the grape. Medium-intensity ruby in colour, it shows cherry, small red fruits and hints of aromatic herbs on the nose. The palate is slender, with present but not intrusive tannins and good acidity, giving a fresh, pleasant finish. It suits tomato-based pasta, white meats, light ragù and medium-aged cheeses, served at around 16-18 °C in a tulip glass.
