Sangiovese Superiore Zero Solfiti Monticino

A red wine from Monticino that favours varietal purity. Light ruby in colour, it offers an essential nose of fresh red fruits such as cherry and strawberry, with light floral shades and a hint of aromatic herbs. The palate is slender and vibrant, with moderate tannins and acidity that supports agile drinking. The absence of added sulphites tends to highlight immediacy and natural expression. It pairs easily with everyday dishes: light cured meats, legume soups, white meats and tomato-based preparations. Serve at a cool cellar temperature, around 16-18 °C, in wide glasses. It may be kept briefly, without expectations of very long ageing.
