A rosé from Santa Barbara with an immediate, gentle profile. It shows a pale pink colour with bright reflections. The nose offers small red fruits, strawberries and a light cherry note, with delicate floral sensations and a citrus hint. On the palate it is slender and smooth, with lively but well integrated acidity, balanced savouriness and almost no tannins; the finish is clean. Serve fresh, between 8 and 10 °C, with light fish dishes, salads, fresh cheeses and cold cuts.
