Santa Claus Bourbon Collector's Edition is a small-batch American straight bourbon, distilled in Indiana and bottled at 40% (80 proof) in a 750ml bottle.
It was matured in new charred American oak barrels and comes in a hand-crafted decanter in the shape of Santa Claus. It is a seasonal, limited release.
The nose is sweet vanilla and caramel with toasted oak and a hint of cinnamon. The palate is smooth and creamy, with brown sugar, baking spice and light oak char. The finish is warm and sweet, with soft spice and toasted wood.
