Santero 958 Aperitivo Mix (1L)

An aperitif from Santero, produced in Piedmont from a selection of herbs, roots and citrus. It comes in a 1 litre bottle. It shows an amber yellow colour. The nose has citrus notes followed by herbaceous nuances. On the palate it balances sweetness and bitterness, making it suitable neat or as a base for cocktails. It pairs with salty snacks, light starters and seafood, and can be used in cocktails such as Negroni or Spritz.
