Santi Valpolicella DOC Caleselle

A red wine from the Valpolicella area, produced by Santi. It shows an intense ruby red colour with violet reflections. The nose offers fresh cherry, berries and a light spicy note, with aromatic herbs adding depth. On the palate it is balanced and harmonious, with medium body and soft tannins. Well-calibrated acidity supports red fruit flavours and leads to a pleasantly persistent finish with ripe fruit and a light herbaceous note. It suits everyday meals, from pasta with light meat sauces to white meats and medium-aged cheeses.
