Sarpa di Poli (70cl)

Sarpa di Poli is a grappa from the Poli distillery in Veneto. It is distilled from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grape pomace using traditional bain-marie distillation in copper stills. The grappa is clear and bright, with a soft palate. It is presented in a copper tube. It shows vibrant fresh fruit and aromatic herb notes on the nose, with an harmonious, balanced palate and a persistent finish recalling fresh fruit and a light vegetal touch. It is suited to drinking after a meal, with dark chocolate or in cocktails.
