Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka (70cl, 40%)

Sausage Tree Pure Irish Vodka is an Irish vodka of 40% strength, in a 70cl bottle. It is made from Irish potatoes and distilled in copper stills. Its distinguishing ingredient is the fruit of the sausage tree, Kigelia africana, which is combined with the potato spirit. The nose is lightly fruity with an earthy sweetness. The palate is velvety, running into a long, clean finish touched with vanilla and sweet spice. It can be drunk neat or used as a base for cocktails.
