Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC - Erste+Neue

A Sauvignon from Erste+Neue in Alto Adige. It has a bright straw-yellow colour and a measured aromatic profile: varietal citrus notes, delicate floral hints and a herbaceous note reminiscent of fresh leaves, without excess. On the palate it shows good acidity, a savoury texture and a slender structure that makes the sip smooth and pleasant to the finish. It is a versatile white for seafood crudités, composed salads, vegetables and fresh cheeses, as well as a sober aperitif. Serve well chilled but not icy.
