A Sauvignon Alto Adige DOC from Tiefenbrunner with a clear, immediate aromatic profile. Herbal and vegetal notes typical of the grape are joined by citrus, white flowers, freshly cut grass, grapefruit and white peach, balanced by a mineral vein. On the palate it is slender, with vibrant acidity and a savoury finish that invites another sip. It suits fish starters, vegetable dishes and fresh cheeses, and can also work as an aperitif on warmer days.
