A white wine from Elena Walch, made from Sauvignon in the Alto Adige DOC. It has a fresh, linear aromatic profile. The nose shows aromatic herbs, elderflower, grapefruit, lemon and a hint of green pepper, with a mineral edge. The palate is slender, with lively acidity, sapidity and moderate persistence, with returns of white-fleshed fruit and herbaceous notes. It suits aperitifs, fish dishes, shellfish, composed salads and fresh cheeses, and is best served at 8-10 C. It is a wine to drink young.
