Sauvion Muscadet-Sèvre-et-Maine AOC Du Cleray is a white wine from the Loire region of France, made from Melon de Bourgogne. It is pale yellow with greenish reflections. The nose shows citrus such as lemon and grapefruit, mineral notes and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and savoury, with vibrant acidity, an elegant silky texture and notes of white peach and ripe melon. It pairs well with fish, seafood and fresh cheeses. Serve at about 8-10 degrees Celsius.
